Do I have to be at the facility while you work?
At the start, ideally yes — you point out anything you're keeping and we take the rest. If you're out of the area, we can often arrange access through the facility instead and send photos before and after.
I won a unit at auction — how fast can you clear it?
Fast is the whole job with auctions, since most facilities only give buyers a few days to empty a unit. Text us the facility and unit size and we'll tell you the soonest we can be there — often same-day when the schedule allows.
Do you work with storage facility managers on abandoned units?
Yes. After a lien sale or an abandonment, we clear what's left and hand the unit back broom-swept and ready to re-rent — and we're glad to be the number you text every time it happens.
