Do I have to move the furniture outside first?
No. We come in and carry it out ourselves — that's the whole point of hiring us. Just point at what's going.
Can you get a sectional down a narrow staircase?
Usually, yes. Tight stairs and apartment hallways are routine for us. Describe the piece and the stairwell and we'll tell you straight if it needs to come apart.
What happens to the furniture after pickup?
It goes to the landfill or transfer station, and anything genuinely reusable we set aside where we reasonably can. We handle the whole dump run either way.
