Do you disconnect the appliance?
We can handle simple unhooking of a washer, dryer or fridge water line. For anything involving gas or hard-wired electrical we'll ask you to have it disconnected first, or we'll coordinate the timing — we don't do gas or electrical work ourselves.
Can you take a refrigerator or AC unit with refrigerant?
Yes. Units with refrigerant have to be handled and disposed of under specific rules, and we take care of that as part of the haul.
Is an appliance in a garage or upstairs a problem?
No. Garages, second floors, tight laundry closets and apartment stairwells are all normal for us — just mention it when you text so we bring the right gear.
